2007 Salisbury Automobile Classic

2007 Salisbury Automobile Classic

features Futurliner and Harley Earl concept cars

What made the 8th anniversary of the Salisbury Automobile Classic the best ever?  Some say it was the 1938 Buick Y-Job, creation of General Motors auto designer Harley Earl. Others say it was the Futurliner,an amazing traveling show straight from the 1950s Parade of Progress.  Still others are sure it was the total experience, a combination of the Buick Y-Job and two other concept cars, along with the Futurliner and an amazing array of another 90 rare and vintage vehicles. Those sights, together with beautiful Salisbury House grounds on a sunny autumn day created a stunning display of automotive history for thousands of visitors to the Salisbury Automobile Classic, on Sunday September 9.
